Hearst UK publishes 23 different brands and sells over 4 million magazines a month, along with 17 million UK digital users, and they reach over 22 million people through their social media platforms, in particular their Snapchat Discover platform.

Is there a gap in their entertainment publications for your TA?
Yes there is a large gap in entertainment publications for Hearst. They have an entertainment website; 'Digital Spy', which focuses mainly on TV, film, showbiz and tech, and has quite a wide target audience, it looks suitable to a slightly older TA than my target audience. However, they do not have an entertainment magazine available, in particular, one which focuses on the target audience of 16-25. In the entertainment sector, they also have not focused much on music, apart from their showbiz section, which could be something that I look into focusing on with my magazine.

Cover 1 is starting to follow conventions, the text and image (bar the zombie coloured hue that will need some work) looks fresh and fitting got the genre. Targets:
